HOW IT WORKS:

REGISTER

Create an account and register with a valid driver's license and credit card.

ADD LOCATION

Add location and Input location code provided by property management/leasing office.

RESERVE

Book for minutes, hours, or days! User the scroll bar to select how long you’d like the car. See pricing estimate and confirm your reservation.

UNLOCK

Make sure to report any previous damage so you’re not liable. Press Begin Reservation to start your trip and unlock the car. During your trip, use the app or a key coin to unlock and lock.

END RESEVATION

Return the vehicle to its designated parking space, plug the charger into the car, report any new damage, and follow the prompts on the app to end your trip.

The touch screen in Teslas operates almost everything in the car including unlocking the charge port to release charger from vehicle, open/close automatic doors, and locating charging stations. Push gear shifter on the right of steering wheel down for drive, up for reverse, and press in the side button for park. Use charging adapter at non-Tesla chargers.     See dashboard for battery level. Press Charge Connector Lock Switch left of the steering wheel to release charger from vehicle. To turn on, press brake pedal and push start button. Move shifter forward for reverse, back for drive, and press P for park. If you want the car to coast when taking foot off accelerator, then turn off the e-Pedal to lessen the regenerative braking. Press unlock on door twice to release charger from vehicle. To turn on, press brake pedal and push start button and wait for green Ready icon on dash. If you want the car to coast when taking foot off accelerator, then change the regenerative braking level by pulling gear shifter to the left once or twice until the level feels comfortable for you. How much does it cost?

Envoy vehicles are priced by the minute and max out for a discounted daily rate, which includes insurance, maintenance and no need for gas. 

General pricing ranges from $.15-$.50 per minute depending on the vehicle.

BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR

Envoy vehicles are shared only among you and your neighbors, so be a good neighbor, and wipe down your ride. Learn more about how Envoy and our partners are doing our part to keep us all safe.

WASH HANDS

Practice good hygiene, wash your hands before and after using Envoy, and cover your mouth.

Wipe down the steering wheel and other "touch surfaces" before and after using. Remove all trash.

KEEP DISTANCE

Keep at least 6 feet apart from others. This means do not drive/ride with others you do not live with.
