Envoy attends the ZMAs (ZRS Management Awards) 2020

Envoy was honored to be invited as a distinguished guest to attend the 2020 ZMA (ZRS Management Awards) held in Miami, Florida. The annual ZMA ceremony celebrates excellence in management, leasing, and maintenance. Envoy CEO and co-founder, Aric Ohana along with some of our lucky employees attended the awards dinner to share in the evening's celebration while making new real estate industry connections. They also had the opportunity to discuss with real estate professionals the exciting future of shared electric mobility for the multi-living space.

ZRS Management, LLC specializes in apartment & multifamily property in Florida, Texas, Georgia, Illinois, Virginia, and Maryland. They manage over 50,000 units for various institutional clients, partnerships, and individual owners having grown largely through the recommendations from some of the nation's most respected institutional clients and private owners.

The evening was filled with thoughtful discussions with some of the industry’s best property management professionals, both inside and outside ZRS Management, LLC. With the COVID-19 pandemic affecting how multifamily properties function, it was reassuring to hear from professionals how the future looks for property management and development.

While in Miami, our Community Team also took the chance to head over to South Beach and visit the The Mondrian South Beach. This is the first hotel property to offer Envoy's shared electric cars to their guests starting with a Tesla Model Y. Guest will be enjoying the ease of access and luxury of having a Tesla available on call through the Envoy Mobility app.
