The Vermont provides electric vehicles parked on P3 exclusively for residents as well as 30 brand new EV charging stations for residents and the public.
Residents can book a Tesla Model X, 2 Tesla Model 3's and a Chevy Bolt for hours or days through the Envoy Mobility app.

Residents of The Vermont have access to one Tesla Model X, two Model 3's and a Chevy Bolt located on P3.
Envoy vehicles are parked at The Vermont and only accessible by residents via the Envoy Mobility app.

HOW ENVOY'S CAR SHARING APP WORKS:
Create an account and register with a valid driver's license and credit card.
Add your location and input the location code that will be provided by your property management/leasing office or upload a utility bill as proof of address.
Book your electric vehicle by the hour or the day! Select the date and times for your trip, then pick your preferred vehicle from the available options.
Report any previous damage so you’re not liable. Press Start to begin your trip and unlock the car. During your ride, use the app to unlock and lock.
Return the vehicle to its designated parking space, plug the charger into the car, report any new damage, and follow the prompts on the Envoy app to end your trip.

How do EV's work?

Envoy vehicles are priced by the minute and max out for a discounted daily rate, which includes insurance, maintenance and no need for gas.

HOW TO USE ENVOY CHARGERS
Envoy chargers, powered by Blink, are powerful level 2 chargers with an easy to use interface, especially through the Blink mobile app.
Note: a Tesla adapter is required when charging at a non-Tesla charger.
Envoy stations with white background are for public use.
Follow the instructions on the touch screen to begin charging. Download the Blink charging app for a seamless experience.
Envoy stations with navy background are reserved for Envoy vehicles, which enjoy free charging at these stations. When returning your Envoy, follow the instructions on the touch screen to begin charging. Use the Tesla adapter for use with non-Tesla chargers. See below.
An adapter is required to charge a Tesla at a non-Tesla charging station. Simply slide adapter onto end of charging handle and insert into vehicle charge port.
Each Envoy vehicle comes with an adapter. Keep with vehicle. $100 fine if lost.
