Envoy Hawaii will soon be launching electric car share with five Tesla Models 3s at Mauna Kea Beach Resort, and The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort, both located in the Waikoloa area, on the Big Island of Hawaii. It will be available exclusively for all guests of the resort, as well as the owners of the Mauna Kea Residences and Hapuna Beach Residences.
This new resort amenity allows guests at the resort to rent an electric car for an hour, a day, or their stay, providing them with a convenient and eco-friendly way to explore the island.

With five Teslas available for both properties, guests can easily get around the island without having to worry about renting a car or relying on public transportation.
Residents and Guests will be able to reserve the vehicles ahead of their stay, or once they arrive to explore the island of Hawaii.
The cars will be available for rent by the hour or day and come equipped with all the features you would expect from a Tesla - plus all charging is free at the property for Envoy vehicles. The cars are accessed using the Envoy Mobility app, providing an easy way to manage the booking experience.
The electric car share program is designed to make it easy for guests to explore all that Hawaii has to offer without having to worry about renting a car, dealing with traffic, or filling up with gas. With cars available for rent on an hourly and daily basis, it’s easy for visitors to get around without having to commit to a long-term rental agreement. Plus, since the cars are electric, they’re much more environmentally friendly than traditional gas-powered vehicles.
