Each property nominated must be within the City of Sacramento and must be eligible for the Sac-to-Zero program to qualify. Each property will be reviewed by Envoy for eligibility. If a property is eligible and signs up for Envoy car-sharing according to Envoy's mobility service agreement, the person who nominated the property will be entered to win an Envoy vehicle for 1 month (30 days). Envoy staff will choose 1 winner at random from the list of eligible submissions. Basic vehicle insurance will be provided to the car for the month. Charging of vehicle is the responsibility of the "winner".

Submissions must be made before May 30th, 2019 to be eligible.
