  • Are flyers posted in common areas?

  • Does leasing office have Envoy Key Coins and postcards?

03/

Digital Marketing

  • Is Envoy mentioned in new resident welcome email/onboarding system (i.e. Updater)?

  • Has an email / text been sent to residents pre-promoting Envoy’s arrival?

  • Has property posted on social media about Envoy’s arrival?

  • Are emails/texts ready to send announcing launch of Envoy services? and continual reminders?
