ENVOY LOCATIONS
FOR IRVINE COMPANY COMMUNITIES
Envoy on-demand electric vehicles are parked at these Irvine Company locations and can be booked for minutes, hours, or days through the Envoy Mobility app. Vehicles at OFFICE locations are open to the public and vehicles at RESIDENTIAL properties are exclusively for residents of those communities.
All Envoy vehicles enjoy FREE VALET PARKING at Irvine Spectrum!
HOW TO ENVOY
HOW ENVOY'S CAR SHARING APP WORKS:
REGISTER
Create an account and register with a valid driver's license and credit card.
ADD LOCATION
Add your location and input the location code that will be provided by your property management/leasing office or upload a utility bill as proof of address.
RESERVE
Book your electric vehicle by the hour or the day! Select the date and times for your trip, then pick your preferred vehicle from the available options.
UNLOCK
Report any previous damage so you’re not liable. Press Start to begin your trip and unlock the car. During your ride, use the app to unlock and lock.
END RESERVATION
Return the vehicle to its designated parking space, plug the charger into the car, report any new damage, and follow the prompts on the Envoy app to end your trip.
ADD LOCATION
Input location code provided by property management/leasing office

Book for minutes, hours or days through the app
RETURN
Return vehicle to pick-up location, plug charger into vehicle and end reservation in the app.
HOW TO APPLY PROMOS
Go to Promos Section
Tap "Profile" in the bottom righthand corner of the app and select "Promos" from the list.
Input Code
Type in the promo code and tap "APPLY".
Success!
A success message should display if the the promo code is valid for your location and timing.
