Typically, your Envoy amenity fee ranges from $800 (Nissan Leaf) to $1,300 (Tesla Model 3) to $1,800 (Tesla Model X) per vehicle per month (click here to see full vehicle menu).  This fee includes the full turnkey solution: electric vehicles, Level 2 EV charging stations for your Envoy vehicles, a full-service mobile app, insurance, ownership indemnification, maintenance, roadside assistance, biweekly waterless car washing, as well as real-time 24/7 customer service.  Envoy’s standard business model shares revenue from utilization back to the property to offset this cost and potentially generate revenue. Residents pay as low as $.15/min for Nissan Leaf to $.50 / min for Tesla Model X. Daily max rates can also apply.
