Residents can now book a Tesla Model 3 for minutes, hours or days through the Envoy Mobility mobile app.

The goal of Envoy is total simplicity. When you need a car, it’s ready for you. When you don’t need it, you don’t have to think about it. No car payments, no buying gas, no insurance, no maintenance, no cleaning… Just a sweet ride to get you where you want to go whenever you want it.
Residents of Forma Miami have 24/7 exclusive access to a Tesla Model 3.
HOW IT WORKS:
REGISTER
Create an account and register with a valid driver's license and credit card.
ADD LOCATION

In the app menu, select "My Communities",

Search and Select "Forma" for your location

Input location code provided by property management/leasing office.
RESERVE
Book for minutes, hours, or days! Use the scroll bar to select how long you’d like the car. See pricing estimate and confirm your reservation.
UNLOCK
Use the app to lock and unlock the vehicle during your booking.
END RESERVATION
Return the vehicle to it's designated parking space, plug it into the Tesla charger and ensure it is charging, follow end booking prompts on the app.

BASICS
Gear Shifter
The gears are all on the left side of the touch screen!
To start the car simply step on the brake.
Slide down on screen = Reverse
Slide up on screen = Drive
Tap the "p" in the center = Park
The car will turn off on it's own once it is put it in park and the driver exits the vehicle.
Charge Port
Tesla charge ports are part of the left back tail light. Tap the light, or open port from the touch screen.
Touch Screen
Unlock doors, unlock charge port, see battery level, navigate to destination, find chargers...pretty much everything! If you get "Tap Card message, press unlock Envoy app.

TESLA ADAPTER
An adapter is required to charge a Tesla at a non-Tesla charging station. Simply slide adapter onto end of charging handle and insert into vehicle charge port.
Each Envoy vehicle comes with an adapter. Keep with vehicle. $100 fine if lost.
If you're in need of a charge on the go, use the Tesla touch screen to locate a Tesla charger nearby.
