HOW ENVOY'S CAR SHARING APP WORKS:
REGISTER
Create an account and register with a valid driver's license and credit card.
ADD LOCATION
Once your motor vehicle record has been approved, call our Customer Support line to add location: Culver Mobility Hub

RESERVE
Book your electric vehicle by the hour or the day! Select the date and times for your trip, then pick your preferred vehicle from the available options.
UNLOCK
Report any previous damage so you’re not liable. Press Start to begin your trip and unlock the car. During your booking, use the Envoy Mobility app as a key to unlock and lock the vehicle.
END RESERVATION
Return the vehicle back to the Culver Mobility Hub to its designated parking space, plug the charger into the car, report any new damage, and follow the prompts on the Envoy app to end your trip.
HOW TO
PICK UP & DROP OFF
Envoy Pick Up:

Driver reserves vehicle using the Envoy Mobility app.

At time of reservation, driver stands next to vehicle to unlock vehicle via Envoy Mobility app.
Envoy Drop Off:

Driver returns the vehicle back to the Culver Mobility Hub.

Driver completes post-ride checklist in the Envoy Mobility app and ends the reservation.

Tesla charge ports are part of the left back tail light. Tap the light, or open port from the touch screen.
Unlock doors, unlock charge port, navigate to destination, find chargers...pretty much everything! If you get "Tap Card message, press unlock Envoy app.
