Envoy is a San Francisco Certified Car-Share Organization under Planning Code 166.

Planning Code Section 166 requires certain development projects to provide dedicated car-share parking spaces. These spaces are either on the project’s site or an off-street site within 800 feet. These dedicated spaces must prioritize their use by a Certified Car-Share Organization.

For more information about the administration of car-share requirements, different types of car-share parking spaces, and guidelines for the physical configuration of car-share spaces, see Zoning Administrator Bulletin No. 6: Car-Share Requirements and Guidelines for Car-Share Spaces.

“Envoy has been a great service for me. I got rid of my car lease months ago. Envoy allows me to make quick trips to business meetings and to pick up groceries without worrying about a monthly car payment, gas, and insurance.”
